Website apparently hacked

My website (all the pages) is showing a lot of links at the bottom (kral türk radyo dinle canl? radyo dinle friv friv oyun friv friv tubidy sesli chat sesli sohbet güzel s?zler a?k ?iirleri tubidy müzik indir).

These were not inserted by me, apparently I had the website hacked. I can’t find in which file these links are, so that I can delete those. It seems it appears below the area controlled by the theme (Suffusion).
