Website appears messed up on google search

    Hello Support,

    I have problem with how my website is appearing on google search console ! When you search for language platform in google it shows my website in a russian langauge which its not the case of my website and also the description. I would really appreciate your help ! i have scanned for malware but there is none just FYI.

    When I checked your site from Google Search Engine Result Page using the site: operator, I noticed the search result shows SEO title and meta description in three different languages: Russian, French and English. Here is the screenshot.

    May I have a screenshot of what you see from Google Search Console?

    Please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing.     Thank you for replying, yes the screenshot you shared is correct, the link i am facing issues with is the first one which is the main home page ! its showing in russian language which is not used in my site which only contains ( english – french and arabic ) also the translation of the russian text does not reflect anything on my site.

    I have checked the homepage page source and noticed Yoast SEO is outputting the meta description and title in English. Please check the screenshot. 

    <title>Language Platform | Home</title> 

    <meta name="description" content="We are a team of professional linguists brought together by our passion for languages. We craft your content, written or spoken." />

    Can you kindly confirm if this is the correct meta description you have added from Yoast SEO metabox?

    Yes thats correct ! But its weird that it is showing in russian and totally different content, although the other links are showing normal content.

    Since what you have entered in the Yoast SEO plugin is showing in the page source, the issue isn’t with our plugin but Google. I recommend posting a question in the?Google Search Central Help Community?for further assistance.
