    Hi – after the developer made the latest major update a few months back, my website has been automatically cancelling orders.
    He told me the issue was fixed, but it wasn’t – we are no longer working together so I would really appreciate some help with this issue.

    The customers do not get a notification email of the cancellation, and the paypal payments were not cancelled.

    I was told to ask this question in this forum

  • Hi usually this is a problem with PayPal and/or Woo IPN settings not set up correctly.

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/ gives you info on how to make sure its set up correctly in woo and PayPal – if that does not work I would suggest finding another developer unless you are savvy enough to diagnose the site yourself.
