Website blank after Customizr update

Just a note since I started the thread: I don’t use HostGator or any of the typical hosts, I use a smaller local provider here in my country.

I fixed the problem by logging into ftp and deleting the theme. I used the opportunity to switch theme and design.

@social Parenting: If you do not know how to log in direcly in ftp, you should contact your webhost provider and ask them to restore the previous version.

Hello. I see everybody on this forum got the theme broken at all.
My issue is completly different.
Suddenly my child theme doesnt load the content of the front-end page

Im still able to enter to my admin panel, when i switch to the customizr parent theme works as expected, but the child theme just load the header with logo, and no more.

I went to google inspect console…no errors.

I’ve recently change the server from Godaddy to wpengine, I think the problem was when the DNS of the domain changed from the all to the new server, before that the theme was working fine. Does it has sense at all?

@diana, suggest you start a new thread.

But if you can still get in to your backend, try going to Themes and activating either Czr (not Child Theme) or another Theme, test, then back to your Czr Child Theme. Report what happens in a new thread please.
