• Can anyone tell me why my wordpress site looks scrambled? https://www.glasby.com.au

It shows fine on the computer i’m making it on at home, but at work or any other computer it shows scrambled.

It is not a big issue yet as I have not launched my business, but I need to find out how to correct it.

Also, my IP adress shows in all my pages I bring up. Does anyone know why this is happening?

    Thank you in advance,
    Brian

You’re using a commercial theme so you ought to retrieve support from your theme author: https://athemes.com

Hi Sam and Andrew thank you for your response,

@sam, how do I upload an image in this forum? Do I have to have a URL for the image?

    Hello @brianmccarthy1991,

You can take a screenshot of the issue to either https://imgur.com/ or https://ovo.li/
    and share the link here.

    Looking forward for your reply.

    Thank you.

I’m having the same problem. This seems to have started with recent updates.

    Scrambled website under wp

The included image is only one example. Any of my downloaded commercial themes yield similar results. Oddly the “Live Preview” of any theme looks ok. The scramble occurs on activation.

    Thoughts?

    Here’s two other images:

    “After Activation”

    Hello @garyengland,

Can you please try downloading a fresh version of the theme and reactivating that in your site.

Also if you are using a child theme please recreate the child theme probably by using a plugin.

Before that please try deactivating all your plugins to see if that fixes the issue for you.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hey Sam,

Deactivate/Activate plugins fixed the problem. That would never have occurred to me. I don’t understand why that worked, but then there are some things in the universe that we aren’t meant to understand, I guess. ??

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

That might be because of some caching plugin that you have used or some plugin which conflicts with your site.

Make sure to keep the plugins updated and also at the time of changing or updating theme deactivate the caching plugin and then change/update the theme.

Feel free to ask if you need any other help.

    Thank you.
