“Website Coming Soon” page not showing

Hello,
I have a site hosted by HostGator, and I just recently transferred my domain to them (on January 7th).
I understand that when I type in my domain, there should be a “Website Coming Soon” page visible, but there is not (I believe I have the memory of it being there at some point, but it definitely is not there now). Further, when I try to visit my site from the wp-admin dashboard, I see the same image as I do when I type in the domain, and I do not have the option to customize anything.
Is this a hosting issue? Or is there something else I need to do to fix this?
