WebSite Crash

  • Our web site has crashed which seems to have something to do with the NextGENGallery. This is the error message that i receive when I go to the web site or try to log into wp-admin

    How do I resolve this issue?

    @beccacard – My first suggestion would be to manually re-install the NextGEN Gallery plugin via FTP. Something may have happened and all of the plugin files may not be present.

    There could be other mitigating factors but this would be the first step I would try.

    Please do not delete the NextGEN Gallery plugin as part of this troubleshooting process.
