Website Crash + Login Difficulty

Hello,

I created a new login to get to this forum because I am first and foremost not able to log into my account.

PROBLEM 1: I need help with logging into the account for this website. I made some changes to the website on 11/27 and changed the admin email address at that time but it is not recognizing my new email address and when I enter the old username it doesn’t let me in and when I request a link to create a new password it doesn’t arrive to any of the associated emails.

PROBLEM 2 (the even bigger problem)
Our website https://www.thesurfcircle.com has crashed. When I enter the website, it says that the IP address cannot be found. The domain is paid for through June.

For context on 11/27, I made some updates to the site. On the same day I got an email stating ‘check your site now. It’s possible that everything is working. If there are updates available, you should update.
These themes failed to update:
– Luxe version 1.505’

For additional context, on 12/6 it was updated to WordPress 5.6.

Please help me first to get logged in so that I can see what’s going on and second to figure out how to fix our site.
