I’m not computer savvy so I’m trying really hard here but can’t get a live person to help and I’m at a loss. My site went down today after I installed a plug-in and then updated the site, so I’m not sure which issue (or whether it was the combo) that shut me down. I read other posts saying to get into the site using Filezilla, but I can’t get in that way either and I’m not sure why. I get error message 530 but I’m sure my login info is correct. Not sure if I would understand how to deactivate things I need to deactivate if I got in anyway. HELP PLEASE!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • It looks to me like your WordPress isn’t working very well right now but your web server is sort of running.

It looks like you are on GoDaddy or one of their resellers. Can you get into your web control panel? I see a CPanel there… if you can get in you can navigate into the plugins directory using their file manager and rename the plugins directory (just add 1234 to that directories name). That will kill all the plugins and let you login if the plugin update caused the problem.

You can also call support there and ask them for some help.

Let us know if you need more help.

So you can’t login to the Admin Dashboard at all, it gives you a 530 error when trying?
