    Hi,

This issue happened because of an older and unsupported version of PHP. The 7.2 and older versions of PHP is not being maintained by the core team anymore. WordPress itself is recommending to use 7.4 or later versions to ensure best security and performance features.

We are sorry that we have mistakenly removed support for older PHP versions. We have added that back and preparing to release within a couple of hours. But if possible, please contact hour website hosting provider and request them to update the PHP version on your server to the latest version or PHP. At least 7.3 would be enough as it is being actively maintained.

If you need the fix urgently, please download the latest build from here and replace from the plugin upload option in your WordPress Dashboard- https://www.dropbox.com/s/d5mr8q4ljgj8xq2/tutor.zip?dl=0

    Hi Sekander

Thanks for the reply – I have been to my host and updated the PHP to 7.3.27 and placed the site to have automatic updates.

I will download the plugin again this week and assume it will function appropriately.

I was about to build a course and then it all turned to custard – so I have no educational resources that have been lost.

Many thanks for the swift reply – it’s the first time I have experienced this issue and the processes needed to resolve.

I have been informed it the best plugin on the market by a website developer.

    Kind regards

    Bob

    Hey @bobatfootball,

I would request you to turn off automatic updates for plugins and themes to avoid surprises. You should update plugins and themes manually only when you have time to carefully look at the changelog and test if everything is working fine.
