Website Crashing Ever Since I Updated Theme

  • Hello,

    Please, help! My website has been crashing ever since i updated my wordpress. I have contacted the theme provider as well as my hosting company – either of them seems to have a solution to it. Thus,i had no other option but to come here to see if anyone ishaving a similar problem too?

    Is there any possible cause or solution to this?

    What do you mean by “crashing”?

    The site is inaccessible at times.. some errors

    specifically, what errors?

    If the site is not accessible at certain times , then it must be the server issue.
    Check the server access logs & error logs , that should give you an clear idea.

    If it was an issue with WP , then the site shouldn’t be accessible at any time.

    Hope you understand.

    Contact the hosting tech support & explain this , they should be able to figure out the issue.
