Website Design Request template

  • Hello.
    Thanks for your plugin this is best for me but Website Design Request template total number is wrong when I send in an email. This is not contains type of website and type of CMS price.
    Can I repair this?
    Or can I send the all of request data in an email?
    Should I create a new variable? I can sen in an email a new variable?
