website disappeared after upgrading wordpress and plugins

    Been using wordpress for quite a while, so I’ve done a few upgrades.
    But this time something has gone wrong, my site has disappeared.
    First I upgraded to latest version using fantastico in cpanel.
    When upgrade successful, I then delete the fantastico backup.

    I then upgraded the wp-shopping cart plugin. Then when I checked my site, it had disappeared.

    I just went to fantastico again and it seems first upgrade of wordpress was not recognised.

    I tried again and got this error.

    Not really sure what has happened. I have done this numerous times and never a problem, always check site after upgrade, and if all working, then delete backup.

    Any suggestions for how to restore my site? It appears all files are still in place, but site just not appearing, no source no nothing
