What i noticed, is that the other day the cache of autoptimize was almost full, today when I noticed the problem the cache was autocleaned (just 12% for some visits) prob by the plugin….

no, AO never clears its cache, specifically to avoid issues like this. you probably have a plugin or theme trying to do so (Divi and SiteOrigin Widgets do, the latter is working on a new version to avoid but there might be othes).

    hope this clarifies,

    I don’t know them

I’m using async javascript and hummingbird to try to optimize also other various aspect of the website.

The strange thing is this morning the cache of autoptimize was cleaned… ??
Specially after cleaning manually AO cache the website come back to work normally without problems…

well, you’ll have to find out what is clearing AO’s cache. asyncjs certainly not (I kind of know that very well ?? ) but maybe hummingbird somehow?

I don’t think so because AO has dirrent directory where it caches files…
What happen in AO when cache is full?? and how can I define full limit if possible??

What happen in AO when cache is full??

“full” just means you reached 0.5GB, but nothing specific happens, it’s just an indication you may have AO not configured optimally (see this blogpost of why cache size can be an issue).

and how can I define full limit if possible??

you can change the cache size limit by hooking into the autoptimize_filter_cachecheck_maxsize filter.
