• Hello, we just updated the Tickera plugin to the latest version, and our website has been down since. We are currently selling tickets for a large event and we need this to get fixed as soon as possible. WordPress says that problem I am experiencing is due to the PHP script. Any insights on this, can we somehow rollback to a previous version?

    Hi Nikola,

I can see that you are using the premium version of Tickera and that you’ve already submitted support ticket through our site.

Our support team have already responded to your ticket.

Our webiste is also down. Updated all Tickera plugins and whole site crashed. Contacted support who sent an updated “Tickera – Custom Template Element – product name” plugin to fix it. This took away the error for the whole site but tickets created in WooCommerce Products are not displayed and there is a ‘There has been a Critical error on this website” message where they should appear. The culprit appears to be Tickera Bridge for WooCommerce.

A ticket has been raised with Tickera but they are VERY Slow to respond. I suspect this big update has caused lots of issues.

Can you please send us the number of the support ticket you have submitted so we could check and make sure that the issue is resolved now?

    Thanks.
