Website down after uploading file

I made a new upload and implemented it via shortcode to my website. I was not able to open the file, it just responded 403. Even if I did exactly the things I did with other files and these went fine.

So I decided to delete the file and version and reupload it. At the moment the upload was completed I was not able to connect to the website and even other subdomains where unable to connect to.
