Website Down! File Permissions?

Hello, I desperately need some help. I was having issues uploading images onto my new WordPress site, so I tried changing the file permissions of the wp-content folder and now my website looks like a complete mess. I’ve obviously messed something up. I tried changing them back to what I think they should be (755) through FileZilla, and it looks like everything was getting update, but when I go back in it’s set to 744.

I called GoDaddy and they said everything looks fine on their end for file permissions. I even tried to update the file permissions through cPanel, but it won’t let me. Any ideas?
