    Hi guys,
My website (delicate-elegance.com) is down & I can’t even access my WordPress dashboard.
I was trying to fix an error (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-to-remove-cart-icon-in-header?replies=3) and put the code into my functions.php file instead of the .css. I put it into my child theme (which I created using the Childify Me plugin).
I know now how ridiculously stupid this was but don’t know how to fix it.
I didn’t have an FTP account so I’ve tried to set one up, but in FileZilla it says:

    Status: TLS connection established.
    Command: USER katie
Response: 331 User katie OK. Password required
    Command: PASS **********
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Is this because the website was already down so I can’t create the account?

I just need to remove that little line of code – I didn’t know it would do this ??

If anyone can help me I would be SO SO SO SO SO SO grateful!!!

Thank you so much in advance!

    Katie

You create the FTP account through your hosting provider. If that isn’t working, I recommend contacting them, because you’ll need that to fix this.
