  • Rename the ‘sarraty’ theme folder and then visit your site at yoursitename.com/wp-admin/ and log back in. That should force the default WordPress theme to kick in and -or- let you back into the dashboard.

Sure you can. Use your ftp client or the file manager located in your hosts control panel.

Type your own domain name in your browser search bar, add /wp-admin to the end, and hit the go button.

    Example: yourdomain_name.com/wp-admin – or – yourdomain_name.com/wp-login.php

…see if that takes you to the login page.

Because you renamed the active theme in order to get back in. The theme was causing your problem.

Once you log into your dashboard, the default WordPress theme should take over automatically – unless you’ve removed it. The other alternative, is to just activate another theme now that you’re into your dashboard.

If you still think a plugin caused the conflict to begin with, you might deactivate all of them and see if your problem goes away. If it does, re-activate them one by one until you find out which one caused the problem, but you error message indicates that the “sarraty” theme was causing the problem.

    Please help

That’s something you will need to address through the support channel for the Sarraty theme. Commercial themes are not supported here, mainly because most folks won’t have access to it, but more importantly – you paid for support when you purchased the theme. This link should get you started in the right direction for any questions you might have about using the theme.
