Website error

Hello,

I am helping someone try to figure out an error on their e-commerce website.

One of the pages (checkout) there’s a section where you fill out your information (address, name etc…) so right now all the page shows is where you fill in your name and address, and then when you choose your payment method and click place order, an error shows saying you have to “fill out email and phone field”, the problem is those two fields are non-existent on the website.

Where would I go to fix this?

I have woocommerce as a plugin, but I have searched that plugin thoroughly and found nothing.
