website error

  • after i upgraded to 3.5.14. website is down with the following message.

    ‘CZR BASE’ not found /themes/customizr/inc/czr-init.php in line 15

    i need to remove everything to use old version. i tried it 3 times, same issue. yesterday i was tried to upgrade to 3.5.13, same issue. So i waited 1 day and i see 3.5.14, so i tried to upgrade but same thing. please help

    I guess you must be using a child theme.

    Please activate parent theme before doing a theme update.

    Backup your child theme to your desktop.

    Activate your child theme and use FTP to access your child theme’s functions.php and start removing codes until the error disappears, this code will be the cause of your issue.
