website experience technical issue when installing plugin

    When i try to upload and activate the Smart Manager plugin to my website, my website experience technical issue and i cant access the backend of the website. The only way to access the backend of the website is by going to the recovery mode and when i go to recovery mode i can see this error in Smart Manager section:

    This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 288 of the file /home/743600.cloudwaysapps.com/qsuscuzaju/public_html/wp-content/plugins/smart-manager-for-wp-e-commerce/pro/sa-includes/class-storeapps-upgrade-3-9.php.     How do i fix this?

    You can try updating the plugin to latest version [i.e. v8.0.0] and if still, the issue persists, then request you to kindly submit a support request from?here along with your StoreApps order details.
