Website gets another layout when I activate a plugin

Hello,
When I activate the pop up maker plugin, the website looks bugged. See picture below:

https://gyazo.com/a9f19e17b93f8f9661b00a86960db470Im not sure why this error occurs, maybe its a conflict with another plugin. But its a live website, so I can’t just deactivate plugins. Do you have another solution the get the plugin to work?
