Website getting low score on GtMetrix after activation of this plugin

I will say that this is an awesome plugin with such a lovely design and presentation.
I just installed it on https://wildlifeindia.co.in/ and its looking awesome.. The only issue is that When I checked on GTmetrix its showing blunders..

Before Plugin activation: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/wildlifeindia.co.in/4B5USR9W (load time<6)

After Plugin activation: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/wildlifeindia.co.in/pUYvd4V1 (load time>10)

Though score isnt much an issue.. the main issue is the loading time..

Please help me a way out.
