Website goes blank after using 10Web

    10web works great on my site until all of sudden after a number of days, when I go to load the site, and the entire website does not appear. I just get a blank, white screen when I go to the home page. Then I deactivate, delete, and reinstall and reactivate the plugin and then everything works again.

    I don’t want this to keep happening. Even though I’ve again fixed the issue, can please you take a look and figure out what’s going on? I’m seriously considering paying for your plugin because it’s awesome, but I need this fixed.

    Hello @webdes44 , extremely sorry and worried to hear about your troubles and committed to do our best to help,

    Could you kindly share a bit of details so that we can better understand and diagnose the issue:

    1. Does scrolling/tapping on the screen triggers page elements to load or does the screen still remain blank upon doing that?
    2. We’ve noticed you have X-Endurance-Cache – it is now disabled (0), but was it disabled when you were encountering issues as well?
    3. Have you tried switching Booster into Test mode instead of re-installing it?
    4. Are you getting any JS errors in dev tools console? Here is how to check it

    Additionally we would be very grateful for any additional details, recordings and screenshots

    Actually this issue is gone and yes, it might be because I removed other caching functions I wasn’t aware of, but I upgraded to a pro plan and now there are others. Working with the support team now, thanks.
