    For some reason this works

    If you look in https://juliespetitepotatoes.com/portal/wp-content/themes/twentyten/style.css
    youll see that all my content is the same!

    Whats wrong here?!!?!?

    Yes, I did. I changed my

    In the box for WordPress address (URI): change the address to the new location of your main WordPress core files.
    In the box for Blog address (URI): change the address to the new location, which should match the WordPress address (URI).

    And followed the instructions.

    I talked to GoDaddy, and they said that there is something wrong with my wp-config.

    The website shows a 404 error when I have wp-config, and when I remove it, it shows an internal server error.

    Don’t remove that file, it’s what WordPress uses to let the php files talk to your database.

    Check the contents of your wp-config.php file for any mention of your old URL and change it appropriately.

    Ok, I checked it, and there is nothing about my old URL. However, should there be anything about my new one?

    Perhaps I should look at a fresh one to compare it to.

    Check your .htaccess and make sure there are no references to the old URL.

    You may also need to search your database.

    Is that the problem?

    If so, how can I get a new one?

    Alright, I did that and uploaded it and same error.

    I think there might be more to it (with GoDaddy). Anyone know where to find that?

    I Googled it but I cant find the info necessary for it to work.

    Have you tried:
    -accessing your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin and manually check, in the wp_options table, the siteurl and home values and make sure they are correct?

    -Double checking your wp-config.php file settings for the database and host names?
