website gone after site upgrades, how to unstall plugins

Try:
– switching to the Twenty Ten theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

I cant find my site to log back into it??

i must be seriously thick, if i have no site how can i do what you are asking me, i have it as fav in my browser where i log onto it but even that now comes up blank.

it is if i have erased it forever

oh ok is it something they should be able to repair, still cant understand where the logon page has gone??
