Website hangs until you clear cache

  • We have a problem and that is that when we activate the plugin the website at some point stops loading and can only be loaded when the browser cache is cleared. This happens if we have your plugin active. Any solution?

    Hi;

    Thanks for trying our plugin. I think you’re using a caching plugin that’s why this issue happening. You have to purge the cache after activating our plugin.

    My issue is that the website remains offline until I refresh the browser’s cache. It takes less than 5 minutes for it to happen again.

    Okay. We just pushed an updated version. Could you check it after update the plugin to this new version? Let us know if that solved your issue.
