    Hello,

Took on a new client and we noticed yesterday that his website has disappeared. He has no idea how long it’s been like this.

I do notice that he was running on WP version 3.6. I updated it via his hosting company, but it didn’t do anything to rectify the situation.

The error message we are receiving is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/content/m/i/r/miragebtq/html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    Any ideas??

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

OK, will give that a try. Thanks James!
