    My site is built offline but as you can see by the screenshot the pineapple logo and name of our website is not visible on a mobile device. The logo is part of the background image and the whole background image is not fully displayed on every device. How to fix this and make the site responsive? Thank you.

    Thank you for a wonderful theme. I will review it shortly. ??

  • Hello Michael,

    I recommend you keeping the site title (logo) separate than your background. Why don’t you leave the site title to be visible at the top? In this way it’s much easier to control the size of the text on specific devices.

    The theme is fully responsive, and the background adaptation doesn’t really has anything to do with this, as in your case you’re keeping the text in a background image, which is not recommended at all:
    Here you can learn why that’s not a good idea:
    https://www.wpzoom.com/docs/recommendations-themes-full-width-sliders/

    Another thing is that we can’t see live your website in order to provide more useful recommendations, but you can try to add this custom CSS code, and maybe it will help a little:

    body.custom-background {
        background-size: 100% !important;
        background-repeat: no-repeat !important;
        background-attachment: initial !important;
    }

    Hi. Thanks for the help. Here is a video of the issue I am having to get a better idea.
    https://youtu.be/mqfXhOBMt-A

    PS. I also would like the logo/site title to stay exactly same place on the image responsive.

    @michaellanfield It seems that your video is no longer available.

    Sorry about that. There was a problem with the video I uploaded. I tried again with same error. But as you can from the short video I would like the logo right on top where the video screenshot is a little to the left and the menu under the title and logo. How to do this?

    Also as Pavel Ciorici mentioned the theme is completely responsive but when I size down the browser to mobile size, the logo and title doesn’t come out mobile friendly, it cuts off the screen. Can you help. The logo/title is an image separate from the background image. Thank you.

    @michaellanfield
    Michael, I still didn’t had the chance to see any of your videos. The one you posted previously is removed now on YouTube.

    I also have a feeling that we’re wasting each other time.

    Our theme is fully responsive, even when you upload a logo image in the Customizer > Site Identity.

    If you really like us to help you, please send us more details or make your website publicly available, as we can’t replicate the problems you’re talking about in the theme.

    Hi Pavel. Sorry for that. I tried uploading the video to Vimeo and still there is the same problem occurring.

    I am attaching some screen shots and hope it helps. It seems now on Firefox browser (I was using Chrome) the logo is responsive horizontally, but not vertical. Also, the background is not responsive as seen on one of the screenshots and the logo is not in the right place. How do I move the logo and title? The logo is an image and the background is a separate image. So I would like the logo and menu to be fixed on a specific area of the background on any screen resolution size.

    https://ibb.co/VmVd0Ky – this is the screenshot I would like the site to look, just the logo/site title a little moved to the left, with menu to under the title.

    @michaellanfield,
    Unfortunately, I can’t help you with these issues, as they require some custom CSS code, and without seeing your website live, I can’t provide such a CSS code.

    Pease put your website somewhere live, maybe on a staging environment, and will be happy to help.

    Hello, im felipe and i have the same issue, when you enter to https://www.gloriaguilar.com/utensilios-de-cocina/

    and you reduce your window or enter using a phone you can see the non Responsive pictures, what can i do??

    @ffmmendoza90 It seems that you’re using a different theme now. Do you still need help with Foodica?
