Website Internal Server Error 500

  • I have a Problem with my website: https://blackout-news.de
    The entire website is showing Server Error 500

    I deactivated all Plugins
    I use the default theme
    I changed PHP version
    My webhoster Support cannot help me (Strato)

    The Error log is showing entries like this:
    13.02.2022 10:07:54 blackout-news.de [client IP] FastCGI: failed to connect to server “/path/to/wordpress/index.php”: connect() failed
    13.02.2022 10:07:54 blackout-news.de [client IP] FastCGI: “/path/to/wordpress/index.php” aborted: incomplete headers (0 bytes) received from server after 0 sec

    The access Log showen entries like this:
    blackout-news.de IP – – [13/Feb/2022:17:38:54 +0100] “GET /aktuelles/das-problem-mit-den-waermepumpen/ HTTP/1.1” 500 533 “android-app://com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox/” “Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 11; SM-A515F) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/90.0.4430.210 Mobile Safari/537.36”

    I cannot load any page and cannot connect to the admin dashboard

    I have a website hosting with wordpress kind of deal.
    I can access the server via FTP and have full control over all files.

    Through my Host (Strato) I can generate Error- and Access Logfiles.

    As far as I am not an “administrator” of the Server my website is hosted on and as far as I know I cannot run commands on the Server

    I recommend contacting your host support as the server is failing BEFORE any wordpress processing is happening.

    They need to investigate / resolve.

    So I have no suggestions except migrate to a host that can help as this is a hosting issue.
