Website is not loading properly

  • I have had my website lurodtax.com running for over 6 months using the Tax Help theme with no issues. Over the last two weeks, I have noticed that sometime the website loads as designed and most of the time it loads with the wrong formatting, things are missing and others are duplicated. When I log in as an admin and I go to the “Customize Your Site” section the website loads and looks fine. I am not sure what is going on. Can someone please provide some suggestions?

  • Hello Diego,

    I can see you have minified your CSS using W3 Total Cache plugin. That can sometimes cause the websites to not look the way you want it to. You can try disabling that feature (or the plugin) and check.

    Thank you, it worked. Do you have any suggestions on how I can compress my website without creating these issues?
