website is not opening

  • hi friends i have a website tollywood2bollywood.com, from last 15 days website is not opening but i opened some links like this tollywood2bollywood.com/tollywood-top-5-stars-at-box-office/
    i dont know the exact problem why its not loading it the homepage.

    One more thing the homepage is opening in my mozilla firefox, but i not able to login my dashboard. links also opening in other browsers but homepage is not opening.

    i have installed w3 total cache, and disquas, one traffic checher pluggin. Then after 2 days this problem occured.

    Can anybody please help me

  • I am not able to open your homepage even in Firefox. It could be a problem with the General Settins setup for your website. The website URL might be in error or could be a theme error that is causing the error.

    To revert your theme to the default (Twenty Fourteen) run the following SQL commands via phpMyAdmin or any other frontend to access your database.

    UPDATE wp_options SET option_value = 'twentyfourteen' WHERE option_name = 'template';
UPDATE wp_options SET option_value = 'twentyfourteen' WHERE option_name = 'stylesheet';
UPDATE wp_options SET option_value = 'Twenty Fourteen' WHERE option_name = 'current_theme';

    but am anable to login in Dashboard, how can i install that theme.

    phpMyAdmin is a separate dashboard for accessing your site’s Database. It works independently of WordPress.

    I was able to open the links tollywood-top-5-stars-at-box-office and avengers-2-age-of-ultron-2nd-trailor. The issue is with your homepage which could be a theme/settings error.

    Can you give more details on how the site is hosted? Did you install the site by yourself or was it done by someone else?

    no am not installed it, my web designer installed and given to me.The hosting details are with him. i have given half amount for design, because some design work still pending so am not given full amount and he not given full hosting details.

    But sadly he was not available right now and this problem occurs, i dont know what to do

    Sorry dweeliph. Do you atleast have FTP access to the website? Did he give you these details so that you can upload files other than through wordpress? (You can disable all plugins by renaming the plugins folder)

    If not, you will have to wait for him to be back.

    now i have taken hosting details sir. my designer tell that i have tried hard but what is the actual problem i cant find it. so u take ur details.
