Website is not working

    Installed plugin and accidentally enabled it and now my website will not load, I can not figure out where the htaccess file is at and I am not very good at ftp, I have hostgator and they can’t even figure out how to disable this is there anyway to do this step by step, I am not tech savvy. Thanks.
