Website loading terribly in Internet Explorer

Hi,

I’m currently developing a new website for our company. The link to the new website is https://www.thetapemen.com/newsite – When I load it in Google Chrome and Firefox the website loads perfectly (a little slow, but the look is perfect). I’ve almost finished the website and thought I’d try it out in Internet Explorer. If you load it , you will see what happens. It’s all over the place.

Has anyone got any ideas how we can fix this without a huge amount of coding etc.
