    Occasionally, after logging into our website, users are redirected to the front page instead of the dashboard. This occurs even after multiple login attempts, whether using an authenticator or email 2FA. Users, that just filled out the 2FA, attempting to access the backend are prompted to log in again.

    Temporary Solution: Switching to a different browser, such as Firefox, resolves the issue.

    Issue Analysis: The problem seems sporadic, occurring randomly. It’s challenging to identify if a theme or plugin conflict is causing this redirection problem. Are there any known conflicts with your plugin, or could it be browser-related?

    Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

    Hello bocaj_vo!

    I am sorry to hear about this experience with our plugin.

    Since this always works on Firefox, and the issue is not preset for all the users, then this might be something related to possible cache, or some old cookies stored in the browsers which might be interfering with the process.

    Here are some simple tests you can run to check if this is a client-side browser issue or something else;

    1. Can you use the browser which gives problems in Incognito mode? Does the issue persist?
    2. Which browsers are giving problems? Did you try different ones, maybe you can identify a specific brand that is giving the problem?

    If the issue cannot be reproduced with the browser in Incognito mode it might be that some old client-side data (such as cookies, scripts etc) / cache might be creating a conflict. Can you try clearing the local data on a browser and confirm if the issue persists?

    Looking forward to hearing from you.
