  • Thanks for reaching out. From checking your logo on AMP URLs I don’t see any image inserted. From looking at the theme you have active I don’t see any mention of AMP compatibility, so I suspect the logo is placed using JavaScript.

If you’d like to switch to transitional mode temporarily I can check this for you. Let me know one you do switch and I’ll take another look.

Thanks for replying Mr. James. As I mentioned I already activated the AMP plugin that’s why it doesn’t appear
Currently I have moved to transitional mode. Hope you find the matter thanks again

Many thanks for the update. I’m aware you had AMP active in standard mode, I was checking your site and the screenshot previously shared was from your site while in standard mode AMP.

From checking your site at present it looks like the mode remains in standard mode. Can you try switch to transitional mode once more and ensure you save the settings?

I can then take a look once more and see if I spot anything. I can’t check your theme as it’s a commercial theme however I suspect it’s the way your logo is placed with your theme. Once I can see the non AMP version I may be able to determine the cause.

no sir I have changed the mode already into transitional mode
    image
and the name of the theme is called Voice. unfortunately I didn#t understand what you meant in the last line
Notice@ when I disable the AMP plugin the logo will be shown because I have already tried it

Thanks for the update. I can’t be sure why your site won’t render as transitional mode although it may be related to caching or a plugin you have active. When checking your site it remains in standard mode.

I did check the logo on your theme and it looks like it uses a picture element, as per this screenshot. I’ll need to check with the team whether picture is fully supported in AMP. Please allow me some time to do so, I’ll hopefully have an update for on on this today or tomorrow.

In the meantime if you’d like to share your Site Health information using our user submission form I can check your setup and see if I notice anything which may be impacting saving your AMP settings.

@bwleng Just to let you know I’ve tested out the theme you have in use and it looks like it’s not fully AMP compatible, with the same experience on my test site. Besides the logo the navigation menu on mobile won’t work in AMP by default. You’ll therefore need to reach out to the theme provider and enquire about full AMP support.

Another option you have is to use the AMP plugin in reader mode, which works best for themes that are not AMP compatible. This will allow you to select a different theme for your AMP URLs, while your non AMP URLs won’t change.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

thank you so much Mr James Osborne for your solution.

No problem at all. Be sure to reach out if you have any further queries.

Also note that based on your query we’ve filed the below GitHub issue:
    https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/6676

Once that is resoled your logo will appear in AMP URLs. The picture tag, which your logo uses isn’t supported in AMP. The img tag however contained within your picture tag however should be used as a fallback.
