website logs me out even if remember me is selected

    hello, during login even if select remember me option, the website logs me out after I reopen the website. But before the login was saved and I can come back. I think the new update has to do with this issue. I tried deactivating my cache plugin and still the problem exits. so please look into this

    Hello, I just rolled back both the plugin and the theme to version 2.0.42. Now the login session saved is working correctly. Please look into this issue. Thank You

    What “remember me” box are you speaking of, more specifically? The one on wp-admin or our login modal?

    I use Paid membership pro plugin in my website and use their login page. My blocksy theme is updated to the latest version but I have rolled back the blocksy companion plugin to version 2.0.42. Currently I don’t face any issues. But if I update the blocksy companion plugin to latest version, then the remember me option doesn’t work.

    I understand, but unfortunately you haven’t answered my question. What “remember me” box are you speaking of?

    Also, seeing as this involves a separate plugin, we may need to integrate with it. It would be required to provide a snapshot of the site taken with this plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ – so that our developers could analyse it.

    okay. I found the issue here. This happens only when WP Bouncer plugin is activated. When I deactivate it, then it works correctly. But this issue doesn’t happen with blocksy companion plugin version 2.0.42. So, the recent update has made the plugin incompatible with WP Bouncer plugin. Please look into this issue. Thank You

    I understand, but it is definitely required to submit a site snapshot for analysis. We have had many cases in the past where third party plugins were the conflict with no reproduction steps, which made it impossible to diagnose as we were missing specific configurations of said plugins. Simply installing a plugin isn’t correct here.

    So, can you please submit a snapshot of the site as previously suggested?

    I don’t know what happened but it got resolved by itself. There is no issue. Anyhow thank you for your support
