Website looks fine on desktop, mobile version is all out of wack, theme not work

Is there anyone that can suggest any help??

Even just any place on my dashboard or in which file I should look. My website used to appear on mobile devices just fine and then a few weeks ago the theme appeared to stop functioning.

And please don’t point me to some other dead forum. Thanks.
