My site was working fine a few hours ago, I took off some previous employee log ins and changed the pw. Nothing of which would have caused this. Now the site I can’t even log in the log in button is gone, the mega menu is floating as well as the product category’s and every picture on the website is gone. Can anyone help me with this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I can’t even log in when I try and click the account it says whoops page not found

Did you update WordPress recently ? If so just downgrade, quite simple. Could be that theme isn’t compatible with the newest version.

    Update to PHP to 7.0?

I can see your login page at /wp-admin if this is what you are referring to.

No I saw it had an update pending and didn’t update just yet was going to wait until tomorrow morning had a lot of orders. As for the /wp-admin I can log in that way, I check the update and it’s still 4.8.1 and I had not updated yet. If you actually try without doing the /wp-admin I don’t think you can even find a log in button or account menu to bring up. Not sure what’s going on

    4.8.1 is the latest.

It could be a plugin issue most of the time updating your plugin will fix the issue if it’s current then narrowing your issue down by deactivating one by one. May sound rudimentary yet, I’ve seen this issue before, and it’s been related to a plugin is what we find out in the end. Keep in mind not all plugins are tested with 4.8.1 as of yet, so compatibility pay be the issue WordPress downgrade would help that.

It’s either plugin issue or 4.8.1 not being compatible. If you need help with a roll back let me know you can get it completed within 15-20 minutes tops, and if it doesn’t work you just click update within admin, no content is lost. (2 folders and one file updates)
