  • I’m having the same problem – with the ‘incarnation’ theme – says it’s compatible… I created my own theme page- made sure it’s calling the ‘header’ but still no navigation

    any thoughts?

    Hi guys,

Sorry to hear about the issues. Have you tried changing your Permalinks in Settings > Permalinks to Postname? Try that and let me know if it works.

    Thanks,
    Jonah

Unfortunately, I’ve tried to use the ‘postname’ permalinks, but for some reason it breaks the “WPML” plugin and doesn’t work… I can disable all of that and try to see if that’s the issue…

Sounds good liongabriel, let me know how that goes.

I was out of the country for a few days… I de-activated WPML and changed the permalinks to Postname, but the menu is still not showing up…

    Hi liongabriel,

If you changed your permalinks to Postname you should be able to access the calendar @ https://emmausway.org/events/ – when I do that I can see your menu ?? You’ll just need to update your navigation to point to that URL for the calendar instead.

Thanks Jonah – I changed the URL and now it’s working… I also re-activated WPML and so far so good..

hope it stays ok… before, it seemed to work for a day, and then cause ‘404’ page errors on every page, and I had to reset the permalinks… (which is why i was using standard wp permalinks instead of the ‘postname’ that I normally use)

    Hi liongabriel,

Sounds good. If you’re having trouble with permalinks it might be something with you web hosting environment but I’m not sure. Hopefully it stays working! Let us know if you need help with anything else. Marking this as resolved.
