My website has been working fine for months. I’ve don’t really do much to it except change the odd priace on products every so often.
I get it it this morning, my domain is taking me to WordPress install page!?
All files and database are in the hosting, nothing seems to be missing.

I see that something has created a Zip file featuring .sql file with todays day. So, this may have something to do with it.

    Any ideas?

Usually this means that the database host name, db name, and password are all correct but either there are no tables in it or there are tables but they are not using the database prefix indicated in wp-config.php.

Check your wp-config.php file and then look at your database via a tool like phpmyadmin.

HOWEVER, when I just checked your site (Leesons.co.uk), it worked just fine. So, it may have been a temporary problem at your host.

Site works fine here too –

Thanks for looking into this guys.

It has an under construction page on it as I had to add it before I left the office.
I had to do the new install thing unfortunately.

So i’m left with a blank wordpress site, though all plugins are in the website, they’re just not active.
But in my hosting I can see all my files and products etc etc.
The details in WP-Config are correct and the tables are in mysqlphp.

I guess there’s some sort of “bridge” missing between database and wordpress, but I’m really not sure where?

    UPDATE!!

This is now sorted. It turns out my host decided to move my website for a Linux server to a windows server to make it run faster (apparently).
But obviously they broke it…. I love it when they’re being helpful *sarcasm*.
