So we have put a website live. However on the live website it is missing some of the image files.

We have redone the import and export multiple times but the issue is still there.

Is it possible that the plugin is not downloading all of the website files?

From investigating this it looks like it is an issue with the server. As the there is a 500 Internal Server Error.

What can I do to resolve this?

It could be that the missing images are hosted on a CDN.
Some hosting providers, do not store thumbnails and they need to be regenerated after import.
You could try to regenerate the thumbnails with this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

    Thanks so much @yaniiliev

I don’t believe they need regenerating as the files are completely missing from the website.

If you have any other ideas please do let me know they would be most appreciated! ??

You can drag and drop the backup file to Traktor. See if the files are missing from the backup.
If the files are missing, what is there location (wp-content/uploads/ or somewhere else?)

Thank you that is so helpful!

It looks like some files are still linking to the testing site. Other than changing permalinks and things like that do you know of another way to pull them through? ??
