website navigation bar wont display on IE9

Hi,

i have a problem, this website ( https://www.almuroojprivateschool.com/ ) navigation bar display on all browser except IE9. if i open it on IE9 the
navigation bar wont display. can somebody help me fix it please…
i will gladly appreciate it.
