Website needs server restart to load!

    Hi there,
    I am facing a problem with my website! My host is located at Amazon EC2 free tier and web server where my website is hosted needs a reboot in order to load my website! How is this possible?

    I have a doubt that this could be any issue about SQL with any plugin but I wanted to know exactly if it is any way how i could find out like looking after any log file or something?!
