Website not loading and wp-admin not loading

  • Hey everyone I am having a really unfortunate event happening with my clothing website. Xodakfashion.com
    I am using Godaddy to host and everything on that end is working fine, I had a beautiful site all up and running for about a week, and now this morning as I check to login or even see the site it loads for ever but shows nothing and eventually gives an error. I need to fix this problem asap as people cannot view or purchase product anymore. I have tried doing a couple of things I read in this forum but it doesn’t make much sense to me as I am the only one who has access and hadn’t touched anything for a few days and this happens. Pleas someone help!

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Hey so renaming the plugin folder got me the ability to login into the admin section finally but it is moving ridiculously slow now and not letting me look or do anything in the dashboard.

    Website is still not able to load or anything this is driving me crazy wtf it went from working perfectly to not being able to do anything.

    What was the error message?
    Also what theme are you using and do you have a child-theme?

    Can you tell us the error you see please?

    Hey so I am using a forest theme called Uberstore here It is hard to replicate the error message at the moment because it takes so long to load everything but it pretty much just tries to load all pages for a while then goes to this error here.

    It looks to me like a hack, but not sure. Do you have a backup of your site on GoDaddy (hopefully) that you can restore?

    Remain calm and carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures.

    I do have a backup and already tried restoring it, I am getting nothing changed yet. I will look through the guide and call GoDaddy.
