    Hi there,

I recently updated a few plugins. I don’t know if this is the cause, but I can no longer access my wordpress site. I get the following message:

Warning: include(/home/transpor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-csvimport/export/include/WoocsvExportAdmin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/transpor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-csvimport/export/exporter.php on line 23

  • Hi TransportSR. Go to your site via cPanel of FTP and rename the woocommerce-csvimport plugin folder to something else. This will effectively disable the plugin. Then see if you can access your site.

Thank you this worked. For anyone who is a computer nube like me, here are the steps I took to even find this folder:
In cPanel, go to the WP app. Once open, go to My Applications (top tab). Then click the file size above “files”. Then click “public_html”, then click “wp-content”, then click “plugins”.

Than change the folder name, as bdbrown said.

I had the same thing happen yesterday with the same plugin. (many thanks to bdbrown and TransportSR, your solution worked)

Several people have access to the administrative dashboard but I know of no changes immediately prior to the site breaking. Only thing I can think of is an auto-update may have rendered the plugin unworkable. I don’t want this to happen again because it costs my customer big bucks, the site is very active. Anyone have an idea of what caused this?

The plugin page indicates that it was just updated yesterday. This is the last entry in the change log:

3.2.1 solved a crash when activating the new importer

Maybe the previous change, which doesn’t show an activation date, caused the issue you experienced and it’s been fixed.
