Website not secure

https://giftstorebyellen.be/ is not (and it’s not supposed to be)
You need to redirect the non-secure version to the secure one. This plugin doesn’t have that functionality but you can try https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-force-ssl/ or you can add an htaccess rule to do it.

– Do you know how it is that there are two variants (http and https)?
– Is the under construction plug only active on the homepage or also on other pages of a website? I haven’t made other pages yet, but I’m planning to do so and I don’t want people to see them yet.

It’s the way web servers are set up, you can access content via a secure or non-secure connection. Although in most cases non-secure is “not available” due to being redirected to the secure one.

It’s active on all pages on the site.
