Website not working

I am using Amazon EC2 to host the website.

Do you know where the files are located so that I can manually delete the plugin?

I had a third party arrange to upload the website onto Amazon EC2 and send it live so I’m not sure how to access the website files myself.

You dont have FTP ? you can also connect to Amazon EC2 file directory using Filezilla then in this way you can delete the plugin manually
