You can reinstall WordPress from Dashboard – Updates – Re-Install.

Hi,

Try to download the fresh wordpress file, delete those folder from your server (wp-include and wp-admin). Upload those new folders that you just downloaded.

Hopefully it works.

thanks for the responses
i ended up doing a complete reinstall of word press

but i still cant seem to publish files

nothing is showing up on my website

if i try to navigate to one of the pages i get a 404 error

ive fixed the problem
